Request for Proposal
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to replace/upgrade the information management system for the State of California's Personnel Examination and Certification (Exam and Cert) Systems administered by the State Personnel Board (SPB) on behalf of all State departments providing internal and external (public) access to the Exam and Cert records, providing future opportunities for implementing electronic workflow, and ensuring the integrity of the processes. SPB's goal of this procurement is to identify a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) product that can be modified to meet all of the State's business and technical needs.
