Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Investigator (2-day)

Overview:

This two-day class has four key objectives:

• To build the skills necessary to conduct an effective internal investigation;
• To identify and understand the role of the EEO investigator;
• To provide step-by-step guidance regarding the ten steps to conducting an effective EEO investigation;
• To provide "hands-on" experience conducting witness interviews and preparing investigative reports.

Objective:

To teach EEO Investigators how to effectively conduct internal investigations, including appropriate preparation, witness interview techniques, and quality report writing.

Intended Audience:

This class is designed for EEO Investigators and other employees with investigative responsibilities.
