This one-day presents the APA Standards, Federal Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures, ADA, EEOC and DFEH, the concepts of validation, reliability, adverse impact, reasonable accommodation in the exam process, and SPB rules on examinations.

Objective:

This provides participants with the legal background and the measurement concepts on which professional selection is based.
