Sexual Harassment Prevention

Overview:

SPB and Shaw Valenza presents an innovative program that complies with California's sexual harassment prevention training requirements (Government Code section 12950.1).  It covers all aspects of equal employment opportunity compliance, including the prevention of unlawful discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, principles of mutual respect, the Platinum Rule, and the internal complaint process.  We provide attendees with a fun and interactive training experience on this important workplace issue.

Objective: 

To provide all employees with the tools necessary to prevent and manage equal employment opportunity issues in the workplace.
